Hollie Billero Buldo
No stranger to the family real estate business,
Hollie grew up helping her father with postcard marketing,
putting signs in the ground and "hosting" open houses.
In 2007, when Hollie decided to embark in a full-time real estate career, she was a natural. Over the last 17 years Hollie has helped both buyers and sellers obtain their real estate goals with her friendly, go-getter attitude and vast knowledge of both the market and the community. Hollie was Indian River County's Realtor® of the Year in 2015 and served as the local President of the Realtors® Association of Indian River County. Not only has Hollie consistently been named a Top Producer for her firm but she also has her pulse on many community endeavors and is always the first to give back. She volunteers her time with both Florida Realtors® and the National Association of Realtors® where she chairs and serves on many committees and always strives to be the best real estate agent in the industry.
Jon Buldo | Buyer's Agent
Born and raised in New Jersey, Jon is the first person in his family to trade his family-owned waste management business for the Sunshine State. Once he came to Florida for college he never looked back. After 16 years working in education, Jon jumped on board to help Hollie full-time and quickly became one of the firms top producing agents. Jon is a natural people person and his time in the education system gave him the gift of patience. He is eager to listen to his clients needs and work together to find them something they are proud to call home. His knowledge in the building and permitting sector, and huge contact list of local vendors, allows him to continually exceed clients expectations.
