Hollie is a firm believer that if you want to make a change you have to be a part of the change. When she got her real estate license in 2007 Hollie began serving on committees and in various leadership roles. She was the President of her local Association in 2018 and she continues to serve and chair several committees and stay actively engaged. 

Hollie most recently served as the District 3 Vice President of Florida Realtors®, is the current Convention Committee Chair and sits on several other committees. She regularly attends the yearly conventions and meetings to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends. Hollie is the Florida Realtors® past YPN Chair and has served on the Board of Directors for many years.

Currently the Immediate Past Chair of the Commitment to Excellence Committee (C2Ex) Hollie believes that education is the best way to stay relevant in an ever-changing business. Hollie sat on the Professional Standards Committee, attends all of the biannual meetings and is a current Board of Director. Hollie loves representing her local association at the national level.

When Hollie was the Chair of the Young Professional Network for Florida Realtors® where she saw a need for fellow Realtors® to give back at their Annual Convention so she helped launch the Meals of Hope meal packing event in which the Realtors® pack 35,000 meals for the local children of Orlando. It was an instant hit!

Hollie always says if you can't help yourself how can you help others & believes in the importance of putting yourself first so you can be a pillar for others. She loves sharing this message, especially with women, because she understands life's juggling act and how much women are capable of if they believe in themselves.

The best way to make a difference in the real estate industry is to ensure your voice is heard. Hollie believes in giving to the Realtors® Political Action Committee because the money goes to help fight for and protect property rights throughout the Country. Hollie is a Major Investor and a President's Circle member.
